Aaron has over 10 years of HR Management experience, working as a sole HR representative and with small HR teams. He has delivered top-notch HR services, helped businesses mitigate risk, and transformed HR departments from a reactive, risky afterthought to a strategic and proactive department that fuels business growth. He holds a CHRL designation and an MBA from the University of Fredericton.
